Since 1993, Manga African Dance has celebrated Black History Month by educating communities through the power of African dance and drumming. Our programs bring children and adults together to experience the joy of movement, fitness, and storytelling, while highlighting the deep connections between Africa, the Diaspora, and African-American heritage.

Cultural Festival
The Atlanta African Cultural Festival is a vibrant celebration of African and Diaspora traditions, blending dance, drumming, and cultural expression into one unforgettable experience. What began in 1998 as the Atlanta Osun Festival—honoring Osun, the Yoruba river goddess—has since grown into a dynamic showcase of Pan-African heritage.

Rite of Passage
The Atlanta Annual Youths Rite of Passage is a powerful cultural journey designed to guide young people as they step into maturity, confidence, and community responsibility. Rooted in African traditions and values, this program blends dance, drumming, storytelling, mentorship, and character-building activities to help youth embrace their identity, heritage, and potential.
